Guest Access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the designated paved areas of Serenity Rock Farms, which offer beautiful views and peaceful spots to relax.
Booking & Cancelation Policy
Booking:
Please email info@serenityrock.com to inquire about availability and book accommodations.
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
Payment Details:
A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date.
Cancelation Policy:
To receive a 50% refund, you must cancel at least 7 full days before check-in (by 3:00 pm NY time). For example, if your check-in is on Friday, you must cancel by 3:00 pm the Friday before. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect other guests and the surrounding wildlife.

Do not enter animal enclosures, pastures, or restricted zones marked with signs.

Do not tamper with farm equipment, gates, or fencing.

Swimming, wading, or fishing in any ponds or streams is not allowed.

Only park in designated guest parking spots.
Pets
• No pets allowed.
Cleanliness & Safety

Please remove shoes upon entering the accommodations.

Dispose of trash in designated bins; recycling rules must be followed.

Do not light candles, campfires, or use open flames unless part of a designated area with permission.
Utilities & Appliances

Turn off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use.

Use water and electricity responsibly—this is a working farm with limited resources.

In compliance with New York State law under the “Safety in Agricultural Tourism Act,” Serenity Rock Farms will provide written disclosures outlining the inherent risks associated with agricultural tourism. As part of our safety and liability practices, all guests are required to review and sign a waiver prior to lodging on the property. This helps ensure that visitors understand and acknowledge the nature of a working farm environment.
